John Dawkins, a qualified Accountant and a Registered Business Valuer, has sold over 700 businesses throughout Queensland since 1990. By the age of 27 John had built and owned a group of companies in Southern Africa comprising a chain of 68 Retail Music outlets, Central Africa’s largest Picture Framing factory, 2 Retail Picture shops, a Plastic Vacuum Forming factory, and a Landscape Gardening business. His hands on experience in the retail and manufacturing sectors, and comprehensive understanding of how to improve and sell small to medium sized businesses positions him very well to prepare for sale and sell any business. Bruce is the Principal of Benchmark Business & Commercial Sales – a national business brokerage in Australia. Bruce Coudrey has been self employed since 1983, when at the age of 22 he bought his first Shell service station. He has owned 6 service stations, 2 carwashes, a car rental franchise, advertising billboards and other businesses. Since 1995 Bruce has been selling businesses in Queensland. Bruce is a Registered Business Valuer, a Certified Practicing Business Broker and a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 5 states. He has been involved in the sale of hundreds of businesses, having recently been involved in his 1100th sale. Bruce has been involved in consulting and appraising all types of businesses. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, the REIQ, and the Australian Institute Of Business Brokers - where he sits on both the State and National Executives. Bruce works in all markets across Australia. Bruce was awarded the AIBB President Medal for 2010. Away from work Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, and riding his Ducati motorcycle.
